A Radisson in the US is a hotel that hasn't recently been renovated and used to be a more illustrious brand. If a hotel renovates, it usually leaves Radisson and takes on a non-garbage fire brand. (Most recent case in point: Newport Beach.)

Funny you mentioned NPB, had a 1 night stay there back in July, 1 wing was closed and they were pouring millions into the place.

When I was checking in and again out, I asked what the new flag will be, they said we will remain as Radisson, I answered so mgmt hasnt told you anything, they asked what I knew.I said all I know is no owner will pour the type of money this ownership is into renovating a hotel and remain as a Raddison, they said maybe we will be a Rad Blu.

Do you what they reflagged as?
