either one will work and allow you to take from emerald aisle. Just make sure you watch the prices carefully each time you make a reservation, as sometimes the Emerald Aisle option they display is more than the Mid Size rate. So in that case just book the mid size rate, you will still be able to take from Emerald aisle.
