If all goes smoothly it is plenty of time; if there is a hiccup you will be protected on the later flight.
It sounds like you are based in Kingston so you probably know this already, but just in case - if everything goes south there are plenty of other options for the short last leg - you could do a one-way rental, go downtown and take VIA or Greyhound, or worst case take a taxi. How much you're willing to spend depends of course on how much you value your time, but I'd choose each of those options over spending a night at an airport hotel
