Is Cathay Worth it?
I have an award ticket in First from NY to LAX to HKG to BKK. It is Cathay 1st from LA, and American otherwise.

I have never flown Cathay 1st and I could otherwise fly JFK-NRT on AA non stop and then to BKK and save a lot of time..

What do you all think...is it worth it for the longer travel time?
