It depends on the specific cities, but ex-US to the UK, expect about $700RT.
For exact number, do a dummy WT+ booking and a dummy CW booking and look at taxes and fees. An upgrade will pay the difference.
That said, with AARP discounted fares, some BA call centers believe there is a policy that these fares cannot be upgraded. See experiences here:
