I paid for 660 British Pounds for a tour on my CSP card. The remaining 3000 British Pounds I paid with my AMEX. I also had to pay the tour company an extra 3 percent fee to pay with a credit card.

If I need to cancel the trip due to illness , will I be reimbursed my 3 percent fee for using the credit card to pay as well? Will my fee I need to pay United or American Airlines for the award ticket to redeposit points count as remimbursement?

Also, it states no preexisting condition 60 days prior to purchasing. Does the 60 days prior start for the award ticket which I purchased in August or the tour I purchased in September?
