The F seats are pretty much uniform across the CX fleet now with perhaps minor variations according to age and generation. They all go fully flat/horizontal/180deg. Until recenttly the IFE was slightly different (no AVOD, no Empower) on the dreaded B74B from the rest of the fleet (both Boeing and Airbus) but by now these birds should have been converted to full-fledged Studio CX (no more 1980's 8mm videocassette...yay) with Empower on every seat. AFAIK there are no major variations between regional and long-haul flights in the F cabin. ^
