I would highly recommend BRP in Lausanne. The newly refurbished rooms are very spacious with some of the best views in Switzerland. Fantastic jogging routes by the lake, great restaurants in the area, fantastic spa, and the most importantly, phenomenal service.
I don’t think I have ever felt more cared for than when we stayed at BRP. The staff genuinely care and they excell at making conversations with guests. Forget about” How was your flight” How was your journey” What is the weather like in the UK” type of conversations. The staff at BRP is trained to have “interesting conversations” with their guests. We loved it.
Lastly, I know the GM who I used to work with. What a great personality to lead as an example.
