I was surprised to see that AF got new fancy tools. I recently shared my satisfaction towards the purser of my long-haul flight as she offered me an espresso from J while I was in Y.
(She served it herself in the porcelain and with a little pastry which was a great attention.)

I only used an # for Air France and within a few minutes they replied to me and contacted me on DM to confirm which flight it was (they were right) in order to pass on to the crew.

Either they were able to track down with my name, my FB profile or they've linked my twitter and FB account and are now able to offer personalised answers.

I used this occasion to discuss with them in DM, shared my surprised regarding someone being assigned a middle seat row 5 (next to me) on a medium haul flight while there were aisles available just a few row back (people familiar will know that those are usually kept empty for the comfort of elites and flex ticket older). A few minutes later they replied that they checked the seat map, the person in 5E was in the right seat and that 8BC were available for me.

Nice job there, I will test them further in the future.
