Breakfast is a Myway benefit and you have to chose it ib your profile (bfast or points). It's a Hilton rule I believe.
As another poster said you have to select breakfast as your My Way Benefit. Just go into your profile and make sure you have the correct option selected.
I've never seen an in-room microwave at any of the international HGIs I've stayed at - maybe that's just a US thing? There is a microwave in the HGI "pantry" if you need one ^
