This hotel is under a major renovation at the moment. The lobby area is a mess -- check-in is in an office area. Construction starts up as early as 6:45 am, so if you are unfortunate and get stuck on a low floor, you will not get to sleep in since there is constant hammering and drilling noises nearby. The elevators are slow; waits of 5 minutes are not unusual. If you cannot guarantee yourself a renovated room, you will get a room with tired furniture from the 80's.
If you have allegiances with other hotel chains, I'd advise you to stay elsewhere for the next several months.
