Seat reset button J 787-9
TL;DR- seat reset button on 787-9 in J is on the bottom of the H side of the center aisle.
DFW-MAD 9-26. Mrs. boerne On the D side in J 787-9. Seat stopped in upright and most uncomfortable position prior to sleep attempt. 1+ hours of FAs trying to fix to no avail. The purser would not be available for another 30 minutes due to time out. Finally purser shows and was the only one who knew where the reset button was. Posting for those who like to know the details for the FAs who don't.
