I'm looking at doing some things near Tokyo and Akihabara Stations and maybe spend some time around Ueno Park before heading to NRT.
If I have time, there are some things I'm looking at in Harajuku and Odaiba.

I just spent a week in Tokyo. Arrived 17th, departed 24th.
On the 17th, I got into the city from NRT around 10am and couldn't get into where I was staying in Shibuya until after 3pm. I went to put my bags into a locker in Tokyo Station to find them all full and ended up holding on to them all day.

I had originally planned to depart on the 23rd, but something came up and I had to add a day (which involved changing where I was staying for the last night) and do a day trip to Nagoya. I got a locker at Shinagawa without an issue before getting on the 0840 Shinkansen.

On the 24th, I had to leave where I spent the last night in Ikebukuro in the morning, but had an evening flight out of NRT. I checked for lockers at Nippori, Ueno and Tokyo to find them all full before finding a temporary JR baggage check. I left my bags there, but with the station much busier in the afternoon when I went back to collect, I had problems finding which baggage check I had used.

Are the station lockers unlikely to be as busy on a Wednesday morning?
With the luggage I expect to have, I'd likely need a large locker and a small or medium locker. Can 2 lockers be used at the same time on the same Suica? Or would I need to use a 2nd card (I also have a ICOCA) or cash for a 2nd locker?
