I would suspect your guest will need to go through normal security and make their way through the terminal to the old lounge entrance (and exit). The way it is set up, the lounge entry point from the F wing is effectively before security so you won't be able to go back through to meet them at the entrance of the F wing. You will be able to meet them at the old entrance without issue - or just go through together.
