W6 and FR were both from day one at WMI. After some issues with the runway Modlin got closed for a while; when those issues were resolved, FR came back, W6 didn't.
And let's face it, it's not as though LOT is flying a bunch of 160+ seat aircraft out of there, and has maxed-out its capacity.
The sort of pipe dream of the government is to make the airline significantly larger than it is now.
So this new proposal seems like one giant, over-priced, vanity project.
Which it really is.
