Seven pages and not one mention of how this will effect the vaunted "Westjet Spirit". It will be pretty to clear to inflight that management has sold them out. Pilots will inevitably throw the other employee groups under the bus to make a deal, it's what they do. Thing is, WS has sold itself on the basis of how friendly their frontline staff is. Can't imagine those staff are too happy right now.
