Also I have checked the "wheretocredit" site and don't understand what it says. "RDM.? Tier 1, Tier 2", etc.
If I sound like I have no clue that is definitely the case, and that is why I am hoping you will share your knowledge with me.
The wheretocredit tier charts aren't always correct. I would check on the actual airline's websites for that
