PDB (and if it were an adult beverage, with an admonition to drink responsibly)

Cold chicken slices over grain (quinoa. wheatberry?) and chopped vegatable salad, balsamic dressing
tortilla strips
Fruit and cheese plate (Brie and...cheddar, I think?)
tiramisu

This wasn't bad--there were black olives in the salad, a plus for me but warning if you don't like them. The refrigeration made some of the grains clump together--not appetizing. I'm surprised that there weren't any crackers, flatbread, etc. with the cheese plate, and chilled Brie just tastes like chalk to me. The tiramisu was great, though. Not a huge portion, just right, and light .

I'm curious about the beef choice for that flight. The FA was pretty much "It's beef. With rice."
