You can transfer your miles into cash loaded onto this (virtual, or plastic if you order one) debit card, which you can then spend anywhere you like (that accepts such Visa debit cards).

Transfers are effected at a rate of between 1.4 and 1.6 US cents per Etihad Guest mile, so you have between US$1,875 and US$2,142 to spend.
