To be honest I didn't get the card for churning, I got it to begin a loyalty relationship with AA while continuing my [mostly] strong relationship with Citi (that's had a few roller coasters over the years but is mostly a positive relationship). When I look at airline cards, I get them for the benefits not the sign up bonus or the rewards earning potential (or lack thereof unless you spend $100,000 in a year on the card).

I've churned credit cards before, but this isn't one of them. I churned my Chase Hyatt for the two free nights, my old Discover 5% cash back match, and the Premier Rewards Gold I used to have for 50,000 points, but that's pretty much it.
