Madrid T4S immigration issues?
I am due to fly on the 9pm flight from Madrid to T5 tomorrow and have just received the following email from BA:


Dear Customer,
Flight BA0465 on 28-Sep/MAD - Flight information. Due to expected queues and extended processing times at Madrid immigration and passport control, please ensure you are at passport control at least 1 hour before departure. British Airways apologise for any inconvenience.

Typically there are negligible queues at the immigration desks at T4S ahead of this flight. Has something changed?
