I've handed them to quite a few FAs who aren't even aware that they are a thing so maybe the problem is on the AA side in not promoting the program.

Often I find the people I do hand those out to, while very appreciative, actually receive a lot of them, which I guess isn't that surprising. But shame it really doesn't seem to be a broader motivating factor for the FA base as a whole...
