Stayed at the E&O last year and a good rate. Yeah, the service is a bit lacking but o.k. given the rate we got (less than US$150 per nt in the old wing with breakfast). Works with Travelocity discounts on rates as good or better than what E&O wanted directly.

Sarkies Corner is actually quite reasonable and good. Hotel guests also get a discount (15% IIRC) on food.

Tip, you can use the lounge in the new wing even if staying in the old wing though there is nothing saying that you can.
