Alila Manggis is very poorly maintained, but it has a lot of potential (was originally a GHM if I'm not mistaken). Alila Seminyak is...well it's Seminyak (such an anti-thesis to everything else Alila). The new monstrosity next to Alila Villas Uluwatu (haven't personally been to the last one, but, again begs the question 'WHY?' and also very contradictory to everything else Alila)...

And that's just in Bali! Alila Ubud is good for the price.

Not sure what the Jakarta properties are like, or Goa etc.

The ones I do like that sound/look promising, I haven't been to - the new fort in Rajasthan looks nice, as do Jabal Akhdar and Anji. Yangshou looks promising too. They just took over Ventana in Big Sur, so interesting to see how that goes.

Villas opening up near Song Saa (Koh Russey, Cambodia) looks interesting - villas also to open up in Bintan and looks like a resort with residences in Dalit Bay Sabah.
