My family is scheduled to fly this weekend on Frontier Airlines from Philly to Chicago. My daughter suddenly fell sick (fever). Frontiers cancellation policy says I can get travel credit valid for 90- days less a $99 change fee per passenger. However if I dont cancel, the ticket value is lost. Am I better off not cancelling and claiming trip cancellation benefit. Anyone has experience using sickness as a reason - what documentation was required?
