Yes, I understand what this terminal is and its use. My objection is for TSA to staff a checkpoint for a subset of travelers.
To me not much different than DL paying for ATL TSA upgraded systems/procedures in order to shorten the lines at their main hub. As long as the bulk of the extra expense falls on the chosen travelers and not the general taxpayer/traveler then it's no skin off of me.
