Hi, looking for some advice from the CS experts.

I will be travelling CS on a multicity ticket, currently I am planning MAN-AMS-CAN-BKK returning BKK-CAN-LHR (MAN-AMS being on KLM metal). I'm about to book and wondered if I was to split the ticket to MAN-AMS-CAN and a seperate CAN-BKK flight allowing me a 27 hours in CAN would this qualify for the free hotel offer?
