Unless the incoming flight is delayed, 40 min connection is more than enough time.
You don't understand. If I were a GS, I want to see someone holding an iPad with my name on it at the door so as to impress people I doesn't know. It can be a two-hour connection - it doesn't matter.
Nowadays, I think the only place I see something remotely related to my name in lights is at a DMV when my number is called - and it's the number. Not quite the same.
