Indirectly, yes. Some of the big travel sites like Expedia have implemented Apple Pay for their apps. So you can go that route. This is an option where your phone interacts with the app to create a secure online payment. (The official name is Mobile Device-Initiated eCommerce.) You load your Alaska Visa to your Apple Pay wallet and then use it for an in-app purchase.

Directly, not yet. Alaska doesn't yet support contactless chip payments at ticket counters, the lounge, or on board. Nor does it support in-app purchases on the Alaska iOS app.
