Paid for air ticket with my CSR. One bag (of two) arrived six days later. Called CSR to confirm what was required-- was told that we were covered up to $100 a day incidentals unto five days. Filled out all paperwork, sent receipts. Were told we will hear within five days. No response. Phone agents don't know why either. They feel all necessary paper work is completed.

Just an update to this claim story. It is still pending. The representatives have assured me again that all paperwork is in order.
The delay, I was told, is on account of the unprecedented workload because of the hurricanes. They were apologetic, but they do have a very good reason.
Wanted to post in case anyone else was waiting for claims to be processed.
