Ticketing couldn't change my L...TG to an L...FL fare basis.

Ticketing and rates are different departments. Ticketing is 24 hours, rates is not.

In the end, I figured out how to get the whole thing done online, so I cancelled the original, and rebooked it.

I am officially booked in Flex (L) on one flight for EYW though. I'm a little nervous that it won't post correctly.
