Given the choice between taking the word of someone who does a dozen rentals for a particular vehicle type at one airport, and has a personal connection there, and taking the word of someone who's working with a dataset of tens of thousands of rentals across a wide range of locations, I'll go with the latter.

If I ever find myself needing to rent a pickup from PIT, I'll keep your comment in mind.
