I have a long connection in Tokyo coming up.
Arriving HND ~5am (QF25), departing NRT ~6pm (JL8).

I just got back from a week in Tokyo and 2 of the 3 times I went to use the luggage lockers at train stations, they were all full.

Am I able to drop my bags off with one of the luggage companies at HND (eg, JAL ABC) in the morning, spend time in the city, hop on the Skyliner to NRT, then pick up bags at the luggage companies NRT desk in the afternoon?
