It’s not unheard of now for someone to be the GM of multiple properties within the same city (with most day to day on property management duties being assigned to managers reporting directly to the GM), so that may explain why the same person is responding to reviews for all three properties.
I would suspect that this GM has directed employees to actively encourage guests to post TA reviews if their stay was satisfactory, which may explain the high number of posters without a lot of reviews. And I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a correlation between newly opened properties and guest satisfaction scores... while the staff may be somewhat green, I bet they are more enthusiastic than typical, and the rooms have yet to incur wear and tear.
