There is an ongoing issue with the [Awards/SQ] Engine. We have already posted a notice on the KVS Tool Homepage and will post further updates, as they become available.
In the meantime, please use the [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] & [Awards/NH-StarAlliance] Methods to search for Partner Awards on SQ flights.

If I may kindly make a small suggestion? When other online travel tools (ie. TripIt Pro, etc), come across functionality issues like this and someone writes to their website form about that problem, often they extend the membership as goodwill. So, might be something to think about for the duration that the SQ function is down as some members (like myself, a Diamond member) only purchase KVS to use the SQ function and we really appreciate being appreciated, just as I'm sure you do also. Just my two cents anyway in the nicest possible way ))
