I don't often fly AA, but happened to fly them yesterday from PHX. One of the F/A serving the main cabin was truly exceptional, above and beyond in positive attitude, gracious service and really making the flight fun. I want to make sure he is recognized - what is the best way to send it a compliment to AA? Perhaps an in-flight execs email?
