adding:
Walking takes about ten minutes and is actually quite nice provided it doesn't rain and you don't have lots of luggage to carry. There's a few high curbs to climb, which makes for adventures with luggage carts .
There's also a landside inter-terminal shuttle bus between the two terminals.
