I have tried on about 7 different itineraries over the past year (and each of those itineraries I tried about 5-10 times) to book Hainan Airlines redemption tickets on AS and they have always failed. I am not sure why AS even bothers offering Hainan online. Has anybody been successful in booking Hainan?
