AC 15 (YYZ-HKG) preferred seats
Hi there, FlyerTalkers!

It has been a couple of years since I've flown a long-haul flight on AC. I understand that the 777-200LRs have been refurbished recently and are now 3x4x3 in Economy... so I'm less than thrilled about the 17" seat width on my upcoming YYZ-HKG flight (AC 15).

I'm in Premium Economy on the way back, but on the way there I'm looking to select a preferred seat in Economy so I don't lose my mind. Any suggestions? How much do the armrests cut into the already-narrow seats? And does the bulge of the exit door cut into the legroom of the window seats in Row 31?
