Any update on how to add KTN to the EY booking?
Nothing has changed. You have to call, and answer a list of security questions first.

If by any chance you are booking using AA miles (which is almost impossible these days), then the KTN is provided to EY by AA. So maybe travel agents can do this also. However, you can't see the KTN on etihad.com any more. If you want to make sure it is there, you have to call.

Last month I was boarding a flight out of India (to AUH, of course) and the boarding pass said, in large letters, "TSA Precheck". I felt so special. Totally useless, but still a mark of distinction. Courtesy of EY IT, working overtime for me, the customer.
