3/4G on international phones in China
When I went to China in 2010 my phone (uk o2) had 3G acess in china and it was a way of bypassing internet sensorship albeit at great expense
Last year in Chengdu and this year in Beijing all I get is E access on my phone
Has 3G been disabled on international phones?
