Good info thanks. So it seems that perhaps the agent dealing with one of the passengers has assumed that the arrival time of 22:29 was the application of the parking brake and therefore the start passenger disembarkation/door opening would have occurred a few minutes after this, therefore entitling the passenger to the full 600 Euros compensation, but with the the other person, perhaps it was dealt with by someone different?
How would they know if the 22:29 is the application of the parking brake or doors opening?
