In which case, it is important to remember that for 261/2004 purposes, the delay is measured to the time at which the aircraft doors are opened and passengers are able to disembark. The arrival time for most industry purposes is the application of the parking brake when the aircraft arrives on stand. So this one could have been a >4 hour delay.
