I was trying to book a flight from PEK TO SEA and business seat shows as available.

However, when I press the purchase button, I get an error message "Flight operated by our partner airlines can not be confirmed".

I googled about this error but can't seem to find a conclusion.

Any idea why this is happening? Thanks!
