No big deal if using automated kiosks
Since I'm using AC automated kiosks (and the related fast bag check in) I never stayed long enought to complain about it. ^
BTW, I noticed now there are only one clerk/two lines at the express bag checking lines. (We now scan ouself the boarding pass in order to print the bag sticker).
