Let's all agree that AA wants to collect ONE piece of additional information, i.e. "what kind of photo ID do you have?".

Does it makes sense for them to ask your "State Of Residence", EVERY SINGLE TIME you make a reservation?
  • "State of Residence" does not actually answer the question "is your photo ID compliant?" (because some folks use Global Entry card, etc.)
  • Asking the same question EVERY TIME you make a reservation is overkill.

Could they at least make the answer default to the same answer you gave for the last 10 tickets you bought??
