Card and 100$ in usage is about 30$ on ebay.
The one year expiration is only till the end of the week, and requires the credit to be loaded onto it by then. Be aware that many of these sims are stolen by store employees. There is simply no way someone can get $100 in call credit and sell them for half that, T-mobile doesn't do that kind of corporate discounts on their sim cards, so as always on Ebay, buyer beware.
