Keep in mind that Concur is primarily an expense management interface and not the real travel agency. I was just looking at our Concur portal where Amex GBT is the travel agency and right now, everything appears to be mapping perfectly to what you see on Ac.com - both for Sabre and "direct" bookings
With our Concur portal, for YYC-YVR AC flights, it still only shows "Economy" (Tango) and "Latitude" as options. Our "Flex" option is gone.
With WS on Concur though, I can see "Econo", "Flex", "Plus Lowest", and "Plus Flexible".
