Possible, but quite tight. A slight delay of the first flight will cause you to miss the connection. If it is offered as one ticket AF/KL will rebook you in such case. There are many flights CDG-AMS, perhaps one flight earlier may be a safer bet if you have something time-critical planned in SOU.
