I absolutely hate this change!

If two dozen booking classes, up to 60 different fares on one single route, POS shenanigrans and married segment nonsense aren't sufficient to maximize revenue, something is seriously off IMO.

The allignment of booking classes with fare families worked quite well IMO and allowed the semi-educated FFer to book the fare they needed to get the benefits they desired (100% AQM, upgradable fare etc.) This new system will be a huge nightmare when trying to book an itinerary that's not easily bookable on ac.com
